Cancellation, Refund and Reschedule Policy

Once you have chosen a time, you are responsible for your scheduled time slot. Be sure you check the time zone.

If you need to cancel, you should do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. You have the option to reschedule your appointment, but no more than twice. Use the Contact Us page to submit a Cancellation or Reschedule Request. There are no refunds if cancellation request is not made before 72 hours; if you miss your appointment; if you are a no call / no show; and if a session commenced or after it is completed.
